Job Title: Business Architect – SAP MM Inventory Management

Job Summary

As a Business Architect – SAP MM Inventory Management, you will evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather high-level business requirements, and translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions. You will support transformation initiatives by developing business cases, designing scalable solutions, and guiding implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and serve as a subject matter expert in SAP MM Inventory Management.
Analyze and document existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and validate high-level business requirements.
Translate business requirements into SAP MM-based business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.
Support change management by communicating business impacts, benefits, and proposed process changes.
Develop business cases and provide guidance during implementation of strategic initiatives.
Understand and evaluate integration points between SAP MM and other enterprise systems.
Prepare clear and actionable business process documentation and specifications.
Stay updated on SAP, supply chain, inventory management, and industry best practices.
