Security Managed Services Practitioner

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Managed Services Practitioner to deliver and manage security services across client environments. The role will focus on security architecture, risk management, compliance, vulnerability assessment and implementation of security solutions while working closely with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security architecture and managed security services.
• Collaborate with teams and support effective day-to-day security operations.
• Make and contribute to key security-related decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to complex security challenges and operational issues.
• Monitor and assess security risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Develop, maintain and improve security policies and procedures.
• Ensure security practices align with applicable industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement security solutions across different technology environments.
• Conduct security assessments using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support risk management and security governance activities.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-development activities for team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain security, compliance and operational resilience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Architecture Design.
• Expert proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR.
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing security solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a shifting schedule and onsite setup in Manila.
