• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

• Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time

• Salary Range: ₱100,000–₱105,000 per month

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer with deep Ivalua S2P implementation experience who can provide technical guidance, lead solution design, support integrations, and drive successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Ivalua Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the Source-to-Pay solution.

• Advise stakeholders and development teams on Ivalua best practices, platform capabilities, design patterns, and technical limitations.

• Lead and support solution design for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Configure Ivalua workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations.

• Support API, EAI, and ETL integrations while ensuring scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions.

• Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical configurations.

• Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve defects, optimize configurations, and improve solution quality.

• Participate in design reviews, configuration reviews, and defect triage.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, QA, infrastructure, and release management teams.

• Support release planning, readiness assessments, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-release stabilization.

• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Ivalua configurations and implementation best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, integration dependencies, and deployment procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve development practices, release management, and delivery efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• Ivalua Functional Configuration

• Ivalua Technical Configuration, including API, EAI, and ETL

• Hands-on Ivalua Source-to-Pay implementation

• Advanced SQL and Oracle relational databases

• APIs, microservices, and multi-tier application architecture

• AI and Machine Learning technologies

• DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies

• Data analytics, data browsing, and data visualization

• UI/UX principles and best practices

• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Technical documentation and product release management

 Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution.

• Approximately 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering, product development, enterprise systems, or related technology implementations.

• Experience managing product development and releases across at least 3 professional engagements.

• Strong understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.

• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Certification Requirements

Mandatory:

• Ivalua L3 Certification covering SRM, S2C, P2P, and Integration.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.

Preferred:

• Ivalua L3 SQL Certification.

 Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• TOR (Transcript of Records) and diploma must be available.

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite three days per week at the ADB office in Ortigas, Pasig.

• Must be available for the 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila day shift.
