(ACTIVE) Senior Product Engineer - Ivalua | Hybrid in Pasig

• Serve as the Ivalua SME across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution and provide guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and design standards.

• Lead and support solution design and configuration for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Configure workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations based on approved business requirements.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, resolve defects, and optimize configurations.

• Participate in design reviews, configuration reviews, defect triage, and quality improvement activities.

• Support release planning, readiness assessments, deployment, go-live, and post-release stabilization.

• Coordinate with Release Managers, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.

• Mentor team members, support onboarding, and share Ivalua configuration best practices.

• Maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration standards, deployment procedures, and integration dependencies.

• Identify opportunities to improve development practices, release management, and overall solution quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering, product development, ERP systems, supply chain systems, or related technology implementations.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution.

• At least 3 professional experiences in engineering and product development involving product release management.

• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC), multi-tier application concepts, and operating systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Certifications

• Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, and Integration.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.

Preferred Certification: Ivalua L3 SQL.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid setup with three onsite days per week at the Ortigas, Pasig office.

• Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila Time.

• Onsite attendance at headquarters is mandatory when required by the business unit.
