Talend Support Consultant / Developer – Senior Level

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talend Support Consultant / Developer to join the Integration & Distribution Competency Center. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.

The successful candidate will work across business and technology environments, support integration initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows
• Support enterprise integration projects from implementation through delivery
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing
• Troubleshoot integration jobs, workflows, and production issues
• Monitor and optimize integration processes and performance
• Provide application maintenance and production support
• Investigate and resolve incidents and defects
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials
• Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices
• Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Talend Management Console (TMC)
• Strong knowledge of Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud
• Good understanding of enterprise integration concepts and architecture patterns
• Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
• Talend or related integration certification is an advantage
