Job Summary

We are looking for experienced US Registered Nurses (USRN) to join our non-voice healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience across Utilization Management (UM), Clinical Processing Outsourcing (CPO), and bedside nursing, along with an active US mainland nursing license.

Key Responsibilities

Handle non-voice healthcare and clinical processing activities.
Perform Utilization Management-related clinical reviews and assessments.
Review and process clinical information according to established guidelines.
Apply clinical knowledge and nursing experience to support healthcare operations.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all assigned processes.
Maintain proper documentation and meet productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

Must be an Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with any valid mainland US nursing license.
Must have at least 1 year of collective experience in:
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Clinical Processing Outsourcing (CPO)
- Bedside Nursing
Must have experience in all three areas (UM, CPO, and bedside) within the past 3 years.
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work temporarily from home.
Willing to work from any of the available Philippine sites.
