USRN Clinical Analyst

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Work From Home (WAH)

Qualifications

• Must have an active PHRN and USRN license (any US state), valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

• Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse; experience must not be from training or internship.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant healthcare software.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).

• Must currently reside within Metro Manila, within 25 km of the Quezon City site.

• Must be WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.

• Candidates must include their middle initial or middle name in their CV.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and perform initial clinical assessments.

• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient outcomes.

• Follow applicable healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills.

• Contribute to the overall success of the nursing team and organization.
