JOB TITLE: Advanced Application Engineer
LOCATION: Onsite | Manila
SCHEDULE: Shifting
ROLE OVERVIEW
Develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries by interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications. Lead technical teams while troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical leadership
- Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve project goals
- Make key decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decisions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and implement best practices
- Monitor project progress and provide stakeholder updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of SAP HANA DB Administration experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP HANA database management
- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases
- Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases
- Currently residing in the Philippines with valid work authorization
