Job Description

We are looking for AI Operations Analysts with a strong background in recruitment and hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms. The role involves supporting recruitment workflows, improving operational efficiency, following SOPs, and leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

  Use AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and streamline workflows.

  Manage multiple workstreams and make sound, judgment-based decisions.

  Follow recruitment SOPs and maintain process accuracy.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Ensure strong written communication, attention to detail, and quality standards.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.

  Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar AI tools.

  Strong written communication and analytical skills.
