Job Description
Role Overview
We are specifically looking for candidates with a recruitment background and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Operational Skills: Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Communication & Detail: Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Work Setup: Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City.
