AI Operations Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst with a strong background in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, and AI-powered recruitment workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to support recruitment processes, improve operational efficiency, and manage multiple workstreams accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment operations and talent acquisition workflows using AI-powered tools and technologies.

• Manage recruitment processes, SOPs, and operational workflows efficiently.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to improve productivity and streamline recruitment activities.

• Work with recruitment CRM platforms and recruiting technology systems.

• Manage multiple workstreams and make sound, judgment-based decisions.

• Review recruitment data and workflow outputs for accuracy and completeness.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to recruitment operations.

• Maintain strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

• Follow established procedures and meet operational quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Completed at least two years of college with no back subjects.

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and make judgment-based decisions.

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Quezon City on a shifting or night schedule.
