WE’RE HIRING: AI OPERATIONS ANALYST!

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Salary: Open for discussion
Schedule: Shifting/Night Shift
Start Date: November 10, 2026
Openings: 10

Are you a recruitment professional who knows how to work smarter with AI? This opportunity is for YOU!

Qualifications: At least 2 years in college, with no back subjects
2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM, or AI-powered recruitment workflows
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI tools
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night schedule
