Education:
Completed 2 years in college
Must have no back subjects
Experience:
At least 6 months solid BPO experience
Recent BPO experience is required
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Must have C1-level English proficiency
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency should be close to Standard American English
Confident and professional when communicating with customers
