ALM LBR ACCOUNT
Basic Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱37,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Onsite
We are looking for experienced professionals for the following roles:
1. B2B Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Handle sales inquiries and provide solutions tailored to client needs
- Support account growth and manage customer interactions professionally
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience
- Preferably with CRM background
2. Retention Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer renewals and retention strategies
- Build strong client relationships to improve customer loyalty
- Handle inside sales and customer retention concerns effectively
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- At least 2 years experience in renewals, retention, or inside sales
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
3. Tech Customer Success Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Support customers by ensuring successful product adoption and account management
- Provide solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Assist with customer success operations within SaaS business environments
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models, and customer success platforms
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
