AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor

Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Shift: Night Shift | Weekends Off

Overall Purpose

We are looking for an experienced KYC Team Lead/Supervisor to manage a team of KYC Analysts. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day delivery, analyst performance, SLA and quality outcomes, while serving as the first line of escalation for operational issues.

Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant KYC experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/team management experience
Previous experience as a KYC Team Lead/Supervisor
Strong understanding of KYC processes and operations
Experience managing team SLA, quality, productivity and adherence metrics
Strong coaching, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Experience handling complex or high-risk KYC cases is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of KYC Analysts and own pod-level SLA, quality, productivity and adherence metrics
Allocate work, manage queues and rebalance capacity to meet daily and weekly volume commitments
Conduct first-line review and approval of complex or high-risk cases requiring TL sign-off
Conduct daily huddles and weekly 1:1s and provide data-driven coaching
Monitor analyst ramp-up and performance tiers and take early corrective action
Partner with QC teams to address defect trends through coaching and retraining
Manage attendance, shrinkage and adherence while maintaining proper documentation
Identify and manage attrition risks through employee engagement and recognition
Escalate operational risks such as volume spikes, tool outages, SOP ambiguity and capacity constraints
Support WBR (Weekly Business Review) preparation with performance analysis and root-cause commentary
Onboard new hires and coordinate with Training teams to close knowledge gaps

Candidates must currently be located in the Philippines
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Must be amenable to night-shift work
Weekends off
