JOB TITLE: AML Training Manager - Transaction Monitoring - 7-8 Yrs Exp - Onsite Taguig

Location: Taguig - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Capability Development Manager coordinates and oversees internal and external training operations for clients. This position establishes and manages relationships between the business stakeholders, Capability Development (CD) team, clients and other stakeholders across various projects.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

- Leadership role as Training Associate Manager for AML & Transaction Monitoring

- Onsite setup in Taguig with weekends off

- Night shift schedule

- Opportunity to lead training operations for global clients

YOUR ROLE:

- Lead the training team at the client location or assigned location

- Ensure the framework is in place for coaching, training, mentoring and gaining domain expertise on client-specific processes and products

- Ensure effective facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills are up to date for trainers

- Manage day-to-day training operations, administration, and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for training

- Knowledge capture & transfer and ensure calibration and uniformity across clients and projects

- Assess training needs in consultation with departmental heads

- Produce plans to meet training and development needs, manage delivery and measurement

- Monitor, measure and report on employees' training achievements

- Interact with training vendors, clients and stakeholders

- Aid Operations team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation and teamwork

- Ensure training content and talent framework is set for new businesses

- Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects if needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Training and Development

- 5 years of supervisory experience

- With experience in Training and Development with a focus on Regulatory Compliance - AML or Transaction Monitoring

- Advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives

- Amenable to onsite setup in Taguig and night shift, weekends off
