Vietnamese Support - BPO Jobs - No BPO Exp Needed
Company: Confidential Company - Premium Bilingual Account
Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite - Shifting Schedule
Industry: BPO - Bilingual - Vietnamese Support
Work Setup: Full-Time - Multiple Vacancies
Urgent hiring for Vietnamese speakers. Premium bilingual pay plus incentives with complete training provided. No BPO experience required.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Communicate professionally in both Vietnamese and English
Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries
Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams
Meet quality targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Native or fluent in Vietnamese, spoken and written, required
Good conversational English skills
No BPO experience required, fresh graduates welcome
Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus but not required
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines, foreign nationals with valid TRV / Work Visa / ACR accepted
Willing to work hybrid / onsite setup with shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
