Location: Makati City, Philippines (Hybrid)
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Application Engineers (Analysts) who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. This hybrid role combines Business Analysis and IT Analysis, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support internally developed applications and third-party software through troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business owners to optimize business processes and system functionality.
Design, execute, and support functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.
Develop and maintain testing strategies to ensure application quality and stability.
Drive test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and business sign-off.
Ensure seamless application performance, stability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with .NET / C# applications.
Experience working with REST APIs and integration technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Experience in testing, validation, regression testing, and quality assurance.
