We're Hiring: Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune)

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to design and deliver technology architecture for enterprise platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, cloud-native device management, and endpoint management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable technology architecture solutions.
Provide expert application support for critical business systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical decision-making.
Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Drive the transition from on-premises imaging to cloud-native device management.
Design Microsoft Intune tenant structures, naming conventions, and group hierarchies.
Implement Windows Autopilot (Zero-Touch Provisioning).
Create and maintain application packaging, testing, and deployment procedures.
Design SCCM/MECM architecture, including:
- Site planning and distribution strategy
- Discovery and gap analysis
- Migration planning and consolidation
- Task sequence design

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune architecture and administration.
Experience with SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Experience integrating Microsoft Intune with Microsoft 365 services.
Strong troubleshooting and application support experience.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and hybrid environments.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
