Qualifications
• At least 6 months BPO experience
• HS/SHS/College Undergraduate/College Graduate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle billing and scheduling inquiries accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on flexible shifting schedules
• Must be willing to work onsite
