What We Are Looking For
Education: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
Experience: At least 6 months of continuous Call Center Experience (CCE).
Skills:
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with internet tech.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, and technical troubleshooting with patience and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls regarding telecom services, billing, and technical support.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
