Job title: AR Coordinator

Work location: Ayala, Makati

Work set up and schedule: Hybrid (Once training is completed)|Night shift-Training period is 6 months, but it may be shortened depending on the candidate’s performance during training.

Job Description:

The AR Coordinator is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment application, and resolution of billing discrepancies. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s cash flow by monitoring outstanding balances and following up with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

* AR Experience(1-2 years )

* Resolving Billing Discrepancies

* Refunds Processing

* Creation/Sending Invoices

* Preparation of Journal Entries

* Recording Payments received

* Above average communication skills

* Open to Fresh Graduates (Graduates of Finance and Accounting Courses)
