ASSET COORDINATOR
- Location: Eastwood, Quezon the City
- Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Schedule: Shifting
- Target Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the AMOS team in scheduling ad hoc and planned service works safely and efficiently
- Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors against appropriate service cases
- Prepare quotes and invoices for customers requiring unplanned service works and repairs
- Arrange onsite inductions through portals such as Rapid Global
- Create Service Cases in NetSuite
- Engage and coordinate with appropriate local contractors
- Assist the AMOS team in arranging inductions and safety documentation for contractors, including customer access permissions for onsite service work
- Process vendor invoices for warranty claims as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within the renewable energy industry)
- Highly organized with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and Oracle NetSuite (required)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach
- Experience managing third-party contractors (not required but highly valued)
- Stable employment history — no job hopping within one year; recent and relevant experience is required
