URGENT HIRING – Associate Director, Quality (Healthcare BPO)

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Quality to join a leading Healthcare BPO organization.

Location:
• Taguig City

Work Setup:
• Onsite
• 5 Days a Week
• Day Shift

Salary:
• ₱100,000 – ₱180,000/month

Start Date:
• ASAP

Job Overview

The Associate Director – Quality will lead the development and execution of strategic quality initiatives to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple business units within the Healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Quality Management across multiple business units.
Develop and implement strategic Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks and governance models.
Drive process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.
Partner with Operations, Training, Process Excellence, and Analytics teams to achieve business and customer objectives.
Utilize AI, Machine Learning (ML), RPA, and automated QA solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Lead client engagements and ensure delivery of customer-critical metrics.
Drive compliance, business risk management, and continuous process improvements.
Mentor and lead Quality Leads, Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers.
Develop succession plans and foster a culture of innovation, customer experience, and high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management or Process Improvement within a Healthcare BPO environment.
Recent Healthcare Quality Management experience is required.
Strong expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred).
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives using AI and RPA tools.
Proven experience designing and managing strategic QA frameworks.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing BPaaS quality transitions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
Must be available to start immediately or within 10 days.
