Job Description:

Firstsource Cebu is urgently hiring Associates for our PIONEERING US Banking Accounts! This is a new account opportunity with FIXED WEEKENDS OFF and US Shifts! Start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for US Banking Accounts

- Provide excellent customer service for financial and banking concerns

- Deliver high-quality support as part of a pioneering account

- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance

Qualifications:

- 6 months of BPO experience working in US Account (MANDATORY)

- Education & Employment documents must be ready on priority

- Willing to work 100% Work from Office in Cebu

- Willing to work US Shifts

- Can start ASAP
