We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP) with extensive US Mortgage Origination experience to lead a high-performing operations team supporting Wealth Management and Private Banking clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in US Mortgage Operations, Mortgage Origination, Team Leadership, Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence.

Location Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City

Experience : 10+ Years

Work Setup : Hybrid (4 Days Onsite | 1 Day Work From Home)

Shift :Night Shift (Monday–Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end US Mortgage Origination Operations from application through funding.
Manage mortgage pipelines and ensure timely loan processing.
Handle complex mortgage files involving income, assets, collateral, and compliance.
Partner with Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Mortgage Solutions teams.
Ensure regulatory compliance and operational controls.
Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Mortgage Operations professionals.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Resolve escalations and improve customer experience.
Prepare operational reports and management dashboards.

Required Skills

10+ years of US Mortgage Operations experience.
5+ years of Team Leadership or People Management.
Strong Mortgage Origination experience.
Pipeline Management.
Mortgage Compliance & Risk Management.
Mortgage Processing & Closing.
Operational Excellence.
Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement.
Stakeholder Management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Wealth Management or Private Banking experience.
Tableau or Power BI.
Project Management.
Mortgage Workflow Automation.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree.
Extensive experience in US Mortgage Operations.
Proven experience managing Mortgage Operations teams.
