Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a college graduate with proven experience in business-to-business sales or customer support. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present products and services to prospective customers and negotiate sales agreements.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support and resolve client concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using a CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any business-related or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer support.
Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consultative selling and account management.
Familiarity with sales pipeline management and lead generation.
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
