Job Description:
Teleperformance McKinley is urgently hiring for our Banking and Insurance Account! If you have experience in banking, financial, or insurance accounts, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking and insurance products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Process transactions and assist with account-related requests
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and compliance
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 12 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) in BPO
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
