Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance

Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently

Deliver excellent customer service experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain high CSAT, quality scores, and adhere to company policies and procedures

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate or senior high school graduate

Minimum 12 months BPO / call center experience is required

BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance) experience is a strong advantage

Strong English communication skills and excellent customer service skills

Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City

Amenable to work on shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary Offer Based on Experience:

Competitive package from PHP 19,000 up to PHP 28,000
