Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound inquiries for global financial account

- Assist customers with banking and finance concerns

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolution

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

- Deliver excellent CX and maintain high CSAT

Qualifications:

- At least SHS Grad - College Grad is a plus

- With minimum 2 years exp in Banking / Financial Account - BPO or Banking industry required

- Good to excellent English comms

- Willing onsite MOA Pasay

- Willing shifting including night shift

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
