WORK SETUP: Onsite

WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: Up to ₱28,000 max package

Role Overview

We are seeking Banking / Customer Service / Voice Representatives to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve banking and financial concerns, and provide exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking and financial inquiries

Assist with account updates, transactions, and general banking concerns

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases

Document interactions accurately in the system

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

Open to all educational levels – HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, or College Level

With 6 months BPO experience – required

Excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules
