*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution of concerns

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction

- Maintain quality metrics and CSAT scores

- Accurately document all customer interactions

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 months BPO / Call Center experience required

- Experience in BFSI / Banking account is a strong advantage

- Excellent English communication and customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

- Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

*Salary Range:*

- ₱19K to ₱28K monthly package
