Overview:

We are hiring 20 Thai Speaking Agents for a premium WFH opportunity! High pay for your Thai language skills. No BPO experience required - Freshers welcome!

Benefits:

- Up to PHP 110,027.33 monthly salary

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account, billing, and service requests

- Deliver excellent service and resolve issues efficiently

- Document interactions and meet quality targets

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written)

- Good English communication skills

- With or without BPO experience

- Collections / O2C experience is a plus

- Eligible to work in PH - Valid work visa / TRV accepted
