Job Description
We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist to assist customers with billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account-related requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience is preferred
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
