Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Telco Account

�� Location: [Cagayan De Oro]

�� Work Setup: Onsite

�� Job Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

· Assist customers with billing, plans, and service inquiries

· Troubleshoot basic network or device issues

· Provide excellent customer service and solutions

· Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications:

· At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

· Good English communication skills

· Basic computer knowledge

· With or without BPO experience (Freshers are welcome!)

· Willing to work on shifting schedules
