Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Telco Account

Role Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a Telco account. You will assist customers with inquiries, billing, and technical concerns while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance metrics
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company and client processes and procedures

Qualifications:
- At least 3 months of Call Center or Customer Service experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
