Position

Technical Sales Representative (TSR)

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll assist customers with their technical concerns while recommending products and services that best suit their needs. This role combines customer service, technical support, and sales—perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating, solving problems, and achieving goals.

What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every interaction.
Accurately document customer information and transactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company processes.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but NOT REQUIRED
Fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience are welcome to apply
Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
