Job Description: BPO Payroll Specialist

Domain: BPO Payroll

Schedule: Dayshift schedule and may require work during holidays and overtime

Salary: 20k-25k ALL IN - Depending on work experience

Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (Must be willing to work onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage Philippine payroll and benefits efficiently and accurately.

Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.

Handle inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding payroll-related matters.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of payroll activities.

Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in processing Philippine payroll and benefits.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Educational background: College Graduate.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

Familiarity with relevant payroll software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.

Additional Requirements:

Prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces.

Must be available for immediate online/onsite assessment and interview scheduling.
