About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive business solutions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an SAP IBP SME and provide solutions across teams.
Analyze and optimize business processes.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Support business cases and change management initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and support team members.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Expert-level knowledge of SAP IBP.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture.
Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in process optimization and business transformation.
Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
Willing to work hybrid in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule.
