Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders and teams to support strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, process optimization, and alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to deliver business solutions.
Take ownership of team-level decisions and provide guidance on complex business requirements.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.
Provide solutions to business problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders and teams.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote industry best practices.
Translate high-level business requirements into scalable and effective technology solutions.
Develop business cases and support strategic transformation initiatives.
Assist with change management and organizational transformation activities.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and professional development.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, processes, and technology capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and optimize business processes to support strategic business goals.
Experience developing comprehensive business cases.
Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
