Are you an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) professional with strong business architecture and stakeholder management skills?

We are looking for a talented Business Architect – SAP IBP to help drive business transformation, optimize processes, and translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop effective business solutions, and ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and technology capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a leadership role, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and make a meaningful impact across multiple teams and business functions.

What You'll Do

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased business value.

- Gather, analyze, and translate high-level business requirements into effective and scalable technology solutions.

- Lead and collaborate with teams to drive successful project execution and delivery.

- Take ownership of key team decisions and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple teams.

- Engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective communication and coordination.

- Develop solutions to complex business and operational challenges.

- Support organizational transformation initiatives and strategic programs.

- Develop comprehensive business cases to support proposed solutions and initiatives.

- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying enhancements and promoting best practices.

- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

- Mentor and guide team members to encourage professional growth and knowledge sharing.

- Ensure strong alignment between business strategy, processes, and technology capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Expert proficiency in SAP IBP

Strong understanding of business process modeling

Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks

Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions

Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

Ability to analyze and optimize business operations to support strategic objectives

Experience developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives

Knowledge of change management principles and implementation

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
