Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Quality Management (QM) to help identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value through process improvement, business solution design, and technology-enabled transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and analyze high-level business requirements from stakeholders.
Design business solutions aligned with organizational goals and technology capabilities.
Develop business cases to support transformation initiatives.
Support the implementation of strategic business and technology initiatives.
Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational objectives.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.
Monitor project progress and provide updates and feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and their application within enterprise systems.
Experience designing and implementing quality control processes aligned with business objectives.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
