We’re hiring a Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist with experience in B2B lead generation, telesales, and sales development. If you enjoy connecting with businesses, generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to sales growth, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Location: Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

* Generate qualified leads through sales and marketing campaigns
* Contact prospective clients and set appointments for the sales team
* Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with local business clients
* Support sales initiatives for HR and Payroll solutions
* Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in any course (Marketing or Business-related courses are an advantage)
* At least 2 years of experience in lead generation
* Experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development
* Experience in Payroll Solutions or HR Services lead generation is highly preferred
* Strong communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills
* Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools
* Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a day shift schedule
