Job Title: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER – WFM

Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager – WFM who can lead BI initiatives, drive data-informed business decisions, and manage a team of specialists.

Requirements:

Knowledge/experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI initiatives
Knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages
1–2 years of managerial experience specifically in Business Intelligence
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience with BI/WFM processes, reporting, and data-driven solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and mentor a team of BI specialists
Drive the development of BI solutions and complex projects
Develop and implement processes, standards, and policies
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
Oversee short- to medium-term BI/WFM initiatives
Act as a subject-matter expert and support the development of team members
