Business Intelligence Manager – WFM

Location: McKinley 6, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Manager with strong leadership, analytics, technology, and AI exposure?

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Intelligence Manager – WFM who can drive innovative solutions, lead complex projects, and transform business requirements into data-driven strategies.

This role is ideal for a BI professional who understands technology, programming, workforce management, and emerging AI solutions and is ready to make a meaningful impact at the managerial level.

What You'll Do

- Lead and manage Business Intelligence and WFM-related initiatives, projects, processes, and solutions.

- Serve as a subject-matter expert and key decision-maker within the Business Intelligence function.

- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions for complex business requirements.

- Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven BI solutions.

- Develop and implement short- to medium-term tactical strategies aligned with departmental objectives.

- Establish and improve policies, processes, standards, and best practices within the function.

- Lead and mentor a team of BI specialists and provide guidance across multiple levels when required.

- Take full responsibility for employee development, performance management, coaching, and team engagement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.

- Support the adoption of AI-powered tools and initiatives to improve productivity, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.

- Leverage knowledge of programming languages and technology stacks to support effective BI solutions.

- Coach, train, and develop team members to strengthen technical and analytical capabilities.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 1–2 years of managerial experience specifically within Business Intelligence.

- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, analytics, and technology solutions.

- Hands-on understanding of relevant technology stacks and programming languages.

- Knowledge or practical exposure to AI initiatives, including tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code/Cowork, or similar AI-powered development/productivity solutions.

- Proven ability to lead specialists and manage complex projects or initiatives.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and shifting schedule.
