Lead BI. Shape Smarter Workforce Decisions.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager – WFM who can combine strong BI leadership, technical expertise, and emerging AI capabilities to turn workforce data into smarter business decisions.

What You’ll Do

Lead BI initiatives supporting Workforce Management (WFM) and business operations
Drive development of new solutions for complex projects and processes
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights
Lead, coach, and mentor BI specialists across multiple levels
Establish and improve BI processes, standards, and best practices
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Apply AI tools and technologies to improve analytics, productivity, and solution development
Support strategic and tactical business initiatives through data and technology

What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence
Strong understanding of BI, analytics, and WFM
Knowledge of AI tools, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, or similar AI initiatives
Solid understanding of programming languages and technology stacks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and shifting schedule
