*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance

- Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Maintain high CSAT, quality scores, and adhere to company policies and procedures

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

*Qualifications:*

- At Least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 Months BPO / Call Center Experience is REQUIRED

- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) Experience is a Strong Advantage

- Strong English Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Service Skills

- Willing to work Onsite in McKinley, Taguig City

- Amenable to work on Shifting Schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
