Cantonese Bilingual CSR – Project-Based

Job Overview

We are looking for Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a project-based customer service operation. The ideal candidates are proficient in both Cantonese and English, possess strong communication skills, and are willing to work onsite in Makati under flexible or shifting schedules.

Candidates with experience outside the BPO industry are welcome to apply, provided they meet the language and other role requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers in Cantonese and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Understand customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and appropriate responses.

• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

• Follow established processes, guidelines, and service standards.

• Adapt to operational requirements and shifting schedules supporting a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and English, both oral and written.

• Preferably does not require visa sponsorship.

• Has 2–3 years of total work experience; experience outside the BPO industry is acceptable.

• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

• Amenable to flexible or shifting schedules, including schedules supporting 24/7 operations.

• Available to start on or before November 2, 2026.
