Job Title: Cantonese Language Specialist - QC | Up to 130K + 20K Bonus | 28 Openings

Salary: PHP 52,212 - PHP 130,114 + PHP 20K Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Overview:

Great opportunity for Cantonese speakers! We are looking for 28 Cantonese Language Specialists to support our Cantonese-speaking customers. Get premium bilingual pay of up to PHP 130K per month plus a guaranteed PHP 20K sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email in both Cantonese and English

Handle inquiries related to accounts, billing, service requests, and product information

Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve concerns promptly

Properly document all customer interactions in the system

Achieve targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Handle other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Cantonese - can communicate naturally and spontaneously in a professional setting

Can understand complex and lengthy discussions, including implied meanings

Must have good conversational English skills - training will be conducted in English

Candidates with or without BPO experience may apply - beginners are welcome

Experience in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash process is an advantage but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

Non-Filipino applicants with valid Temporary Resident Visa are welcome
