Job Title: Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analyst (CL 10–11)

Location: BGC, Taguig (100% Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Trade Settlements/Investment Banking Operations
Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analysts to support trade settlement operations in a fast-paced investment banking environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade settlements, reconciliation, exception management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform trade pre-matching, trade matching, and settlement activities.
Investigate and resolve unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and operational exceptions.
Manage inventory, stock movements, reconciliations, and depot transfers.
Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, European teams, brokers, and external counterparties.
Process trade lifecycle events accurately and within deadlines.
Monitor operational risks and escalate issues when required.
Support claims investigations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in trade settlements or investment banking operations.
Strong understanding of trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict settlement deadlines.
Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift.
